The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be in "RESALABLE" condition. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. With this package please include the item you want in exchange along with a check or money order for ($7.00 Shipping and Handling) and any additional cost of new merchandise.
